Free worldwide shipping is available on all orders over $50 (or other equivalent currency). Free shipping applies after all discounts or promotions.
Delivery to the following countries takes an average of 12-20 business days: USA, UK, Australia, Canada.
Delivery to other countries may take 15-30 business days. If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer support team at @Rainyh.com. Our team is happy to assist you.
You will receive a shipping notification email with a tracking number shortly after your order ships.
If you ordered multiple items, they will likely be shipped in multiple packages.
These are estimated delivery times and do not account for any unforeseen customs or postal service delays. We recommend ordering early for peace of mind.
Please note that this is very rare, but if customs duties are payable in your country, you are responsible for paying them.
【Returns and Refunds】
We accept returns submitted within 14 days of receiving your order. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued as store points.

How to return:
1. Please contact our customer service team to process your return.
2. You will receive return authorization and instructions on how to return the item to us.
3. Once we receive the returned item, we will process it and notify you by email.
Refund (if applicable):
After we receive and review your return, we will notify you by email whether your refund request has been approved. If approved, we will issue you store points via email. Please note that the original shipping fee of $3.95 is non-refundable. A 10% restocking fee may apply.
